The search function is helpful to find information, however it may not always find what you're looking for. If I am not mistaken, if it says they are 'not a verified member' than that means they are only a visitor and are not able to make purchases in the mall. Once they decide to do the one time membership fee they will become a 'verified member'.

If this member would like to buy your item in the HM than you would kindly let them know to do so they would have to pay the one time fee to become a full fledged member to take advantage of the mall. They can browse but not buy.

Thanks for the info I would have never known that they were a 'not verified member' if I had not happened to click on the view public profile (I did that because I was a little wary since their join date was so recent). Also, if I would not have asked, I would not have know that 'not verified members' are not allowed to purchase. This person was able to send me a PM, so I could have PM'd back and she could have sent payment and the transaction would be done. Just observing that I could have easily violated HM policy w/o knowing. What do you think?

I checked with one of the mods on this and the verified thing has nothing to do with buying or selling here but if the person is a lite member they cannot use the mall. If they communicate via pm and have a transaction that is really at their own risk. Hope that addresses your concerns.
