In al the other pics, they do look pretty good, until you get to the belt label pic...which is stitched pretty shoddily and the top stitching visible in that pic also looks to be too small. I have really never seen a REAL pair with the belt label so sloppily sewn on. Off5th should be pretty good, Rack tends to have much more fake stuff show up. The metal strip means nothing unless you can view it with high magnification or a loupe and read it. So, then they are real and a fluke somehow.

I didn't comment on Ivys since Cyn already did, and she is correct. The Joey are fake and the Sammy real.

At first glance, I thought that my Joey's were real, but then, I looked at the inside pocket lining and realized that the buddha is in awful condition, so unless the buddha is supposed to be distorted looking, mine are fakes! Bummer, I will ask for my money back, hopefully she'll be understanding.

Well I got them at Saks 5th Ave. not Off 5th I can read the metal thing i can see letters on it didnt get magnifing glass. Also I i thought the thread on the label was a little much( but isnt that TRs thing that all the jeans are different.) Anyways the TR on the TR website the Joey label looks like its about to fall off and is pealing so that doesnt say much about back labels. Also those Sammys look fake as hell IMO what is going on with those belt loops. I just wanted to make sure I didnt get a fake return pair at Saks(regular store)

Those Sammys look real to me, not sure what you mean by the belt loops...

Your Joey Dark Vintage look real to me as well. Who knows about the waistband patch stitching. Perhaps they should have been marked irregular, yet somehow fell through the cracks? Either way, I consider that a minor flaw and would not worry about it too much.

Did you pay through paypal? If so, did you use your credit card?

Yes, I did and I did pay with Credit card. I just contacted ebay and they said I can dispute it because she described on her listing that the item was "worth over $250", and since they are fake, they consider item "not as described".

You can file a paypal claim and see how that goes, or you could contact the bank that issued your card and do a chargeback.
