I remember skidder used to hype moma. I never liked their stuff much, except for a few pieces.

diesel shoes don't get any love here. besides, those look too bulky for thanaz, you need something slimmer. and you can do a lot better for EUR 110,00. even normal chucks will look 100x better than those. depending on how much you want to spend, you might wanna try common projects, generic man, wings + horns, etc. they'll be hard to find though in the right size and price. you can check out Yoox for some good deals.
and for cheaper options, check out tretorn or pf flyers, they're very similar to chucks as well.

^ Never tried Common Projects, but I think they look good with them, Chucks or try zara as well. Or better start wearing some nice boots.

I would say all white chucks, as they're the only light colored monochrome chucks available I think. grey chucks would work too.

please not the black ones (which I have anway lol)
you could go for white/cream ones
charcoal
dark blue (they won't give much contrast with denim tho)

but please consider all the brands that darkknight and zodiac mentioned
chucks aren't bad, but they aren't the best either
oh god, I'm speaking of chucks on HF...lol

Well, I've heard quite a few times the quality on momas is equivalent to brands like paul smith and ndc...
Anywho, if you are on a tight budget and like chucks please customize your own and avoid the horid contrast stripe down the outsole. Something like these leathers isn't too awful IMO:

^^I apologize for the uncropped image. Too lazy to mess around with gimp right now

If I don't wear boots with Thanaz I go with chucks. I like the way how they looks with jeans with 19 cm leg opening and less. Btw. I wear b/w low chucks with dh now.
Ooops, this reminds me I have to post some pics.... (I think they are "loose" on HF standard, but I can't size down; they stretched in waist and hips area to comfort... Finally).

^ I tried Chucks with Thanaz. Made me look like a clown. Perhaps only with the smaller feet sizes.

^^I hate on Chucks, even on smaller feet... The plastic cap toe is what kills it completely for me. Another thing people dont realize: You spend how much on Chucks? 50-90 Euros (top end obviously goes for the full leather version) and how long do they last? Invest 120-200 Euros (low end goes for sales items obviously) and recieve a pair of sneakers, that will last a decent while.
To N.D.C. sizing: I recieved my pair today. Size 41 (same as my Common Projects size) and they are way too big. A size 40 would work easily for me. If someone is interested in them (same as Cez seen in WAYWT but in dark brown) shoot me a pm or they will be returned.

50-90 euros for chucks? that's insane. they're like $40 here, and can even be had for half that price if you know where to go. even the leather ones are like $60-$70 tops, unless it's one of those bullshit JV pairs that are of no better quality.

Is sizing consisten between pairs for NDC? Should I go for a 40 in other pairs as well?

I have three pairs. I would say that except for the width they all fit similarly.
