Those are real MNE bootcuts. What makes the buyer think these would be fake?

you know what I really didn't want to give to much info but screw it here it is:

she wrote:

I can't believe that you're selling these jeans which are CLEARLY NOT REAL. I want an
immediate refund of my money. For such a jeans "expert" on all the 7-ripoffs, you really
are the worst kind of hypocrite.

I still cannot believe that you're selling FAKE Seven jeans. Compared to the exact same
pair that I was replacing (from Nordstroms), there are so many inconsistencies that
make these a clear fake, most notably the labels on the inside pocket (washing
instructions), not to mention shoddy workmanship.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm about to leave bad feedback unless you make this
right immediately, meaning in the next half hour. I want my money refunded
immediately or will file complaints with Ebay within the hour.

I e-mailed her this link, doubt she even know what honestforum is but this is the final say, I just need everyone to pull together and call it what it is.

I can't answer that, I don't think it's about being real or fake. I think they just don't fit her and she's upset that she has to deal with it. I don't offer returns but I guarantee authenticity. She's using the loophole that's all.

May be they don't fit who knows. She seems pretty convinced they are fake (even though they are not). Either refund her or if she paid through Paypal let her prove they are fake - up to you, but you will probably get a neg either way

I don't follow, never had this problem. She has to proove they're fake and who determines this? I don't even want to escalate this i'll refund her the money as soon as she sends it back. Sounds almost like she wants an immediate refund without sending it back which I'm not prepared to do.

Well a while back when I got fakes off Ebay I filed a claim through Paypal. I had to supply evidence why they were fake. Someone on here supplied me with a letter to fax to Paypal and I got refunded. Had to return them though first.

If you are agreeing to refund her the money don't until you get them back

holy crap I couldn't log n for days thought I got kicked off or something. So I decided to let her know I posted the ad on HF and gave her my number. She resides in Cali somewhere and I thought she was 13 years old when I spoke with her , sounded very west coast. Anyway I told her the deal and that if it really felt a return was needed to go ahead. I don't need any negative feedback but I think the 1 to 1 worked things out. Glad this forum is up and running, I work in a high stress field and this forum is good for a laugh or two. Just bought a brand new pair of sevens this week, it seems now I'm a size 31 reg lost some weight this summer but I need to know if these work for me.

I know I'm a little late, but those jeans are real. Clearly very real.
