Ebay sucks sometimes and it's suckdom level has risen since all of the changes. This is the latest excuse that I have from a buyer that I have filed a dispute on and she is well outside of her 7 days. I get ALOT of this crap lately plus I have had to refund a couple of times due to fear of a negative...Anyway this is her excuse for being worthless..

I am sorry. I have been having trouble with my paypal credit account. Even though it says I have
available credit, it will not work. I thought they would have it straightend out by now, but I just
tried again and it is STILL not working. I get paid again next Wednesday, so I should at least be
able to pay then - hopefully sooner if they get my account straightened out! Again, I am so sorry
for the frustration!

She is notorious for pulling this crap if you search through her feedback. In fact she also likes to not pay. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

That makes our list one member bigger! I remember putting some fairly strong warnings in my listings last Christmas season... I have a feeling they might have scared off some honest buyers too though. Meh.
