^ Awful fakes

You aren't going to find "authentic wholesale," it really doesn't exist.

However, the tag and alligator look very different from shirts I've bought here at places like nordstrom. Does anyone know if they just have different factory/store standards in India, or something like that? I've posted some pics (sorry they're backwards, I took them on my iSight). Thanks!

100% real... many indian lacoste polos have lacoste written on the croc! =)

I just bought a beanie for a friend at Nordstroms' so I'm pretty sure it's authentic. But just a few questions, what does "Devanlay" mean? Because I see you guys referring to it a lot... and the Beanie was made in Bulgaria and not Peru which seems to be the country that makes Lacoste products? I have no idea...

^ The plastic cellophane bag? I think shirts wrapped in cellophane is a red flag for a fake.

^ I have bought Lacoste polos from Neiman Marcus, Adasa and Rafael Hawaii before and most times they came in a clear cello bag. The real bags have white crocs printed on them but of course, you need to consider all aspects ie. how the shirt is cut, MOP buttons, croc stitching etc. I've seen lots of fakes coming in cello bags with green and silver crocs, so watch out for those (especially silver as it doesn't photograph well).

Hey there welcome to Honest Forum

I would say though that that was fake they dont really put lacoste in bags like that and based on the tag, even though the pic is far away, i'd say fake
