Do you understand the catch-22 aspect of this statement? "Please dress better so we can give you criticism to dress better." Constructive criticism doesn't mean that you have to praise something. I means that you give useful and helpful advice with direction.
For example if you don't like what I was wearing you could say that it should fit better in a specific part of the article of clothing or you could suggest a brand / type of clothing that is similar but looks better. "Thats ugly" is a worthless statement when it comes to giving constructive criticism.
Honestly I think that you can find decent clothes at the mall or outlet malls, but it takes quite a bit of looking and possibly some tailoring. If you think that you must buy expensive designer clothes to look good then your style and budgetary priorities are so far removed from my style that I should probably just ignore all of your posts and advice.
Honestly I was hoping to find a forum that was different than superfuture and styleforum.
