After reading about how blue dye has been messing up water supply in parts of Mexico I was searching the net and found a list of eco-friendly denim brands.

Hey bio. I have hemp jeans from Patagonia. Patagonia is an outdoor co. that has been 'green' for 20+ years.

i bought an "organic" plum once. it was $3. the "regular" plums were like 99 cents a pound. i got syphilis the next day. coincidence? I THINK NOT.

'bout half my hiking clothes are patagonia. No jeans though...no good on multi-day treks. How do they fit?

They're nice, not really for hiking/climbing... for Apres' climbing, hehe. They're trim/bootcut , not denim but really dark blue w/gold stitching. I got these about 3/4 years ago.
