Not beer! I mean abdominal muscles.
If so, for how long and how hard are you working to maintain it?
Edit: Now the fitness/workout/supplement/teabag thread... because we cannot afford $10k-a-session personal trainers..

Me, I grew up in a east european household(Latvia) so I was eating right/healthy from the 0th day...So it was not too hard to keep a fit body...and that even carried on to when we moved here in the states and I was still able to hold true to my healthy life style I was born around...Then puberty hit and the testosterone kicked in and muscles started forming...
Then I turned to Mr. Sexy Anton
...but every time anton looks in the mirror...it shatters...

I got some decent ones, I have been working out for around 12 years off and on ( 9 years religiously) and I have been doing abs properly for the last year or so.
Its not hard to maintain as long as you eat properly
You need a low bf % in order to make out your abs, many people have at least decent abs who dont even do ab workouts. Its because of how they eat, looking ripped is %90 diet and %10 working out
You will however, have much bolder abs the more you train them. And just crunches ect wont make your abs "pop", you need to put them under weighted excercises in order to have them jump out of your stomach.
Be sure to do varying excersises as well, as your abs are divided into numerous sections, and if all you do is one type of excercise, your abs will not be balanced
Now wheres Cebseb??? When the topic involves weights or graphic nudity, he shows up immediately.

^ listen to the man.
its all about diet when it comes to abs, every one 'has' abs, they are just hidden under the fat we have in our abdominal area. so to get a 6 pack its hard hard work because you not only have to reduce fat, but to develop the abs to be able to grate cheese on them.
i would love to have a six pack but im not quite 100% satisfied with my size as yet. will work on it when im there.

Yup
Because they are simple carbs, which spike your insulin and add to water retention and fat gain. Brown rice on the other hand ( and all whole grains) are whats called complex carbs. Those are absorbed/released over a slower period of time, resulting in no massive insulin spike and no excess water retention and fat gains.
And due to the slower release, you have less overall hunger, which means you consume less calories and that aids in weight loss as well

As Anton said, it is very easy to have a six pack if you live in a country that cannot afford food.

I have always been thin, and even when I am not working out I have a six pack due to my naturally low BF. lol, this is not as good as it sounds though, because they rest of my body is scrawny as hell.
