True ^
They come in well without flexing at around %8 or so
PulseDriver: I hear ya man, I have good abs, but I could have great abs if I cut my cals and shed water. I dont want to loose my size though, so I try to keep it at a decent balance of being lean and being big.
Its really a fine line that many people will never be able to stay on %100. It took years for me just to understand how much calories I should be eating and at what times. Everyones body is so differant its very difficult to use general information for the most part

I am just a tea whore, not bottled(too expensive) but the good ol' fashioned teabag or leaves...and just drink gallons and gallons and gallons each day...So my stomach is always full of liquid, leaving less room for food... I guess it's sort of like the "water diet" but not really... So eating less/right just happens...
And hey, I am like overloaded on antioxidants 24/7...Haha! Better luck next time...THE COMMON COLD!!!!

combination of good genetics, a good clean diet, and a hard work but I do..
I teach aerobics and I teach a 30 minute abs class twice a week, its probably my favorite work out. I also teach kickboxing and bootcamp and they rely on some core balance and core targeted moves.
Diet is key!!!! I eat compex carbs, low Glycemic Index and high protein mini meals 5-6 times a day and I never eat after 7 at night.
As a woman I am not in the under 10% body fat ratio that cutup mentioned above but I am in the low teens and for a woman that makes mine pop. I also have to deal with monthly changes and hormonal things and water retention that boys dont have to deal with. ( lucky lucky boys)
I recently started doing P90X to lean out and I have to say their "abripperx" dvd is pretty awesome.. its a great targeted set for abs..
I have to totally agree with Cutup.. I have been working out for years ( like 12) BUT its only been in the last 6 that I have come to understand exactly the perfect recipe for my body...I love working out, its a passion for me.. i love knowing what my body can do.. but its def a lot of work.

Any of the tea drinker ever try "stacking" teas?
Like, get all the tea you have up to 20 different kind...leaves, rip apart tea bags...and brew all into one cup...
Let's just say, the taste is awful! Every freakin' sip gives you chills...literally chills... I have a feeling it's something to do with the rush of caffeine or something...but damn, sure kicks you in the ass like a bitch...
lol, idk...but sure is interesting...i guess...Energy Shot?

I've found that the key is how long you leave the bag in. If you leave it in for too long, thats what happens, it ends up tasting like absolute shit :P Try japanese matcha green tea + earl gray... it is possible I'm just quite fucked up, but I think it taste great.

I'd love to have a six pack but I think I'll settle for my 4-pack. Those bottom two are tough hehe. Like some of you guys mentioned I think diet plays a big role and genetics too. Really just this past year or I've adjusted my diet eating smaller meals throughout the day, chicken and lots of fish and maybe once every month if that often red meat. My stomach actually gets upset when I eat red meat now.
I've been able to make some great gains strength-wise thanks to upping my routine and eating well. For a protein shake I like Optimum Nutrition uhh 100% whey something-or-other. That's the only "suppliment" I'll take.

Here is the one you are talking about :
- The Official AnabolicMinds Supplement Store
- The Official AnabolicMinds Supplement Store
Seem like a pretty legit product...

YEAH ! Nylon teabag, way to go... lol. This stuff is dangerous when it's heated. Bags should be made of corn.
Or just go with loose leaves..
White tea antioxydants are the strongest of all, since the leaves are handpicked 1-2 weeks before full maturation. Go with "White Peony" or "Silver Needle", you can't go wrong with either of these.
