Does 0 calorie sugar really make a different to once diet? Right now I decided to get into those "packets", which I love that they are perfectly portioned for any cup of tea or coffee to be nice and sweet just with one packet...

But anyways, 0 calorie sugar? Does it make that much of a difference?

if youre looking for a 0 calorie sweetner, i would try Stevia or Agave. theyre both natural, and stevia has no calories, while agave has very little. stevia actually reduces craving for fatty foods! stevia is an herb thats processed as a sweetner, tastes a little like sweet n low or what have you. you need a very little amount of stevia to sweeten anything. agave is the actual nectar from a plant, and tastes a lot like bland honey, depending on which brand you get. trader joes has it for $3, i believe. i would just look them both up, assuming i havent ranted enough about them. ;]! they both a little pricey because they usually only found in health food stores or online., but the health benefits outweigh the price. epecially how they cut cravings for actual processed white sugar (yuck).

i left out one thing, you mentioned you like the packets because theyre so convenient? stevia comes in packets, i used to take them with me everywhere and sweeten plain tea at restaurants. it made me stay away from those chemical sweeteners. especially splenda, which seems like the best thing out there, but really isnt. ok, done. i swear!

I usually use Splenda. Agave is great, but its not very convenient.
