Does anyone know what happens to items that are returned/exchanged to the boutique? Are these just put again back into the stock to be sold to the next customer who wants them? Or are they sent back to be repackaged, or what? Still sold as new? Sent to the Gucci outlet?

I don't know for sure but i would think it all depends on the condition . Maybe when sale items are returned that are not final sale they get sent to the outlets.

just my opinion.

Ps. why do you ask?
The more you buy the better the price! So check it out!

I just called my Gucci boutique and they said it just goes back into the regular inventory and is sold as new.

I was just wondering, because I know when returning other things like electronics, they don't jump back into the normal inventory right away.

I don't know if anything I've purchased there was previously returned and I bought it, but I would hate to have that happen. To me, that's not "new." Or, even worse, if someone exchanged a well-done fake? And that got sold as new?

i always wondered what would happen if someone exchanged a well-done fake. i think maybe their items go through their quality control department. thanks for updating us on what happens when they get returned.
