Hello!

I was just wondering if it is possible to wax a nylon jacket to make it water resistant.

I know it is possible to wax cotton fabrics, but I’m not sure about nylon?

Many thanks.

Nikwax TX-Direct Spray-On from Campmor

This stuff works well. It will make the material water resistant, but not the seams. No spray will do that, but it will repel a light rain.
MOO.

I'm aware that people usually use AppleGarde for designer handbags (and that it isn't wax), but it's supposed to work wonders on fabrics (including nylon), too.
