I'm looking for some midtop white or gray, preferably thin material (like converse midtop) for some mad stacking, I saw these STORE.TRETORN.COM but I want the toe and sole to be the same color as the shoes preferably.

I take 9 1/2 (US) for vans and adidas and i'm guessing i'd probably be a 41 (eur) for Ted baker as this is what i usually take for dress shoes....

i own a dee and 2 largo, all sz. 45. i wear a sz. 45 in asics and a sz. 11.5 in converse if this helps.
the york boots have a really weird looking profile in that pic at barney's but they don't look bad in other pics --- toe is kind of round though
and i like the look of the lanvin sneakers (most of their sneakers are pretty sweet IMO) but they're so expensive... look like glorified chucks --- but still cool
if i had the extra cash to be spending that much on sneakers i would probably consider buying a pair... maybe
