I'm new to the whole raw denim thing and I have a few questions about these Capital E's I just picked up. Here's a link:LevisStore.com - Men: Features: {Capital E}® Jeans: {Capital E}® Hesher Straight Jeans - Soaked

This may sound dumb, but are these jeans even raw denim in the first place? I made the mistake of assuming Capital E meant raw.

Secondly, they are very stiff right now and a little tight, can I expect them to soften up a bit and loosen up on my hips?

Thanks!

Yes, they're raw. It's already been soaked, so you don't have to worry about the shrinkage, which is commonly known as a one-wash denim.

I'm sure they'll stretch a bit, like all jeans do.
