I'm looking at the size chart right now:

To any Skull XX5010 6X6 owners - Are they TTS? How much stretch should I expect (need to size down?) and would it be wiser to order a pair of one-wash for measurement consistencies? This is my first pair of raw afterall.

EDIT: I've read some horrid stories about the stitching falling apart... How long should they last? Am I better off with the PBJ XX-007 for longer wear?

i have the 5010xx 6x6 in my true size. When I first bought it I regretted it b/c I couldn't button them all the way for weeks, and they were impossible to sag so they looked like womens pants... on top of them being entirely too tight.
After about 2 weeks of wear they gave in, now I'd say they are a perfect slim fit, though I know I could have sized up 1 and been happy.
So my advice to you, size up one. Save yourself the pain. Btw, I hope you have skinny legs.

oh... and the stitching DOES fall apart, it's true. The lining of both my coin pockets have come apart. Hardly noticable and no real problem, but it's annoying when you're paying $200+ for quality jeans

Last question

Overall, would you say that they are worth it? They are not gonna have an easy life following me around in college studying architecture lol.

yes, if you can put up w/ the weak stitching, they look and feel awesome. Quality denim, and if it's a slim tapered look you're going for, these or PBJ' xx005s are what I would recommend.

I would recommend true to size, and I'd also recommend buying them raw. I have heard that the denim gets all freaky if you order them one-wash. These fit pretty true to size and will probably stretch up to an inch or an inch and a half in the waist, depending on how snug they are when you order them. I'm a natural 26 or 27 and i wear a 27 in raw 6x6 5010s.

^ Hm, I got them in one-wash and chose the 30 after comparing my waist to the measurements on the chart that Shinichi (Fabfour/Skull Rep) sent me - I guess you can call that TTS. They are SLIGHTLY loose when worn 5-6 cm below the real waist so stretch shouldn't be a big issue, hopefully.

My fit is not skin tight at the thighs, but overall it's pretty much slim straight. It's not like I was going for the super-taper look anyway. I'll post a few pics the next couple of days.

Alright, as promised. Skulls, Size 30 (I'm 5'9/10, 125 lbs) Not skin tight, but slim overall. How do they look? (Aside from the SAG MOAR comments)

Martian: The denim lost a bit of its initial roughness and the indigo looks like the Diesel 8CA wash. I already see some signs of fading around the backpockets and the hem after a week of wear.

mine look way slimmer for some reason, I went TTS and I have skinny legs. So much pain. Those look just fine, except they don't appear as tapered as mine are. Plz sag

you are a lot taller, hence the illusion of a slimmer fit

I also think the dude could've sized down to a 29. I'm about 5'7 115 and I can do a 27 in the skulls for a real slim/skinny fit. Not like A77 skinny either.
