APC released a new cut called Petit Standard. I think it's slimmer than NS but not quite as slim as NC. I'm very interested since I want something similar to my Dior 19cms, this may be it...
I wonder if the sizing is the same :O
edit: the rise looks LOW in the pics. perhaps too girly? :X

FYI: you can see it on
APC website
just click your location and there's a link for the Petit Standard. No measurements or anything, just a pic

if you want some apc that fit similar to your 19cm, find some cures (not new cure, but the original cure cut). not sure if you're aware, but both dior cuts that hedi designed are reproductions of apc cuts. 19cm is based on the cure and 21cm is based on new standard. both are slightly tweaked, but fit is almost the same. hedi always wore apc jeans before he started at dior, and actually still does wear apc a lot though he wears his own dior jeans usually.

The Petit Standard sounds like it may be similar to a low rise version of the Cures (again, not the New Cures, but the Cures).

Has anyone else gotten the Petit Standard? I got them two days ago and have worn them just for a couple of hours. These are my first raws. I'm hoping they will work out...if they do, I'll post pics

I'm not a guy.
They are not as low as the rest of my jeans (which are typical womens low-rise (Lowky, Louvely, etc)).
They are a little high-rised for me, so they may be OK for guys, too.

No worries
Just for reference, I bought size 26. The rise is 9" and the inseam is only 34". I'm surprised that they are not longer as I need L34 in Diesel and was expecting them to be 35 or 36" for some reason. There is a bit of extra fabric, though b/c they are slim straights and rest on my shoes.

I just got my NS 30W in the mail and can't even button them up, so whoever said to size down to 28-29W was waaaaaay off.
If anyone's interested in a brand new pair, I'm going to put them up in the mall soon

I can't do any of the buttons up, but even if they do give enough for that the fly seam is going to stretch out of shape so much it'll look ridiculous.
