not exactly sure what to say. I wear birkenstocks, and those sizes are pretty consistent (in my experience) with diesel shoes. i wear a 40 in birks, and a 40-41 in diesels (wetas, amherst). In other brands of shoes, i can sometimes fit into size 42-43! if you can try on some birkenstocks, i recommend that for accurate sizing.
