I met this guy at honestmall at 6/12.
He was selling a pair of timmen 71j.
I contacted him.
Then I pay $199 to him for the jeans.
Today,I receive a letter from Germany!
Inside the envelopment, there is a piece of blank paper!!!!

His honestforum id is benjerry
His real name is Mirco Engelhardt

You are such a shame of Germany!!!!!!

Yes !!! It happened!!
I completed the payment at 6/12.
At the same day, he said he had sent out the package.
Then I asked him to provide me the sending number of the package.
I asked several times.
But he never replied.
Till 6/18 , I opened the paypal dispute.
He started to reply me.
Then he gave me a sending number.
He tried to pretend that he had really sent me the package.

Today,I got his letter from Germany.
As you can see.
Inside the envelopment, there is a piece of blank paper.
And the sending number of this letter is the same as he provided before.

This guy is really mean!!!

Watch out !! He is still selling jeans at honestmall!!
And the pics of his item are not from him.
He stole those pics from someone else but not himself.

I've filed the dispute into the compensation in paypal.
Not sure if I can get back my money.
I wish I can.
If I could not get back my money from paypal.
I will keep chasing my money by my credit card company.
Mirco Engelhardt!!
You can't cheat my money!!!

Cause he trid to let me close the paypal dispute.
He sent out a blank letter after I open the dispute.
He sent the blank letter for getting an existent sending number.
Then made it seems trackable.
He tried to pretend that he really sent something from Germany to Taiwan.
Also, he provided that sending number to Paypal.
He also tried to cheat Paypal.

That's why it is mandatory to include a paper with your forum nickname (i.e. rocco@honestforum) to your screenshots to proof that you are really have that item you are trying to sell. I've seen it several times, that pictures got stolen, but this mainly happen at ebay.

I hope you'll get your money back ... Don't think this is something specific to germany, can happen everywhere.

Wow... that's pretty messed up. Forward this thread to the folks at Paypal.

And the other person that this happened to - do the same. It's very important that we keep this site's integrity.

What can we do?
I want Zatiny 8IW, 8YM and Safado 8dk, 72t (brown), 61e in 31x32.

the reason the guy sent a letter is so he can provide the tracking number to paypal to win the dispute.
ive actually had to do that once because the person admitted they received my item but filed a dispute saying they never received it anyways so I sent them an envelope with nothing in it and delivery confirmation.

You will probably win the dispute if it shows the WEIGHT of the package on the post office site since it will obviously be way less than the weight of jeans...

good luck!!
wanted: thanaz 8aa w27, Sdaido Shirt(s), Laxogger Jacket(m), Freezy high tops in white

The size of that envelopment is 11cmX22cm.
It is impossible to put any jeans into it.

He is already banned and that is all that can be done as far as I know. Too bad HF doesn't have a beat down squad to send after this goon.
