This is what I think and what I did. Generally I'm size 31 on italian cuts (regular-slim or slim-fit) but went with 30 on these.

Did your lady friend go with you? Did she end up getting her TTS in the matics or size down as well? Thanks for the info!

More accurate information would be helpful. Everything you mentioned is available already in the Heeven/Matic 8UJ thread

Who the heck are you responding to? Are you responding to me or maia? He said he was bringing a female friend with him to try on a pair as well. Why would I ask a guy to try on matics??

She's usually W29 or 30 (never as slim-fit as the Matic).
She went with the W29. I'd say go one size down unless you generally use slim-fit from italian brands and thus would suggest getting your usual sz. Though I bet if people size one down is better than getting the usual sz.
BTW, I could probably even go W29 on Heeven (I never used 29) but they are very tapered and decided would do fine with the W30.

Leg width (bottom end) is around 19-19.5cms on standard Heeven. As Heeven is a regular fit, they taper quite a lot IMO.

They probably go on sale as soon as that big ass timer on the website clicks down to 0. Just a guess....

notice the timer is contingent on your local computer time. for instance, change your computer's clock to oct 10th, say midnight of that day. it'll definitely show you a negative negative countdown. or throw it a couple hours before the 10th, the countdown will move again accordingly.
this shows it's not very accurate, as it's all relative. i'm going to assume there *is* a specific "worldwide" time when it will be made available, regardless of countdown time... but we don't know when that is yet. i'm guessing it's midnight, east coast. or something.
hope this helps.

roadside_attraction, the Montreal store is getting these. According to Diesel, they're the only store in Canada getting these and the online site doesn't ship to Canada.

I just got back from Vegas with my gf and we stopped by the Diesel store inside Caesar's Palace Forum Shops and the sales clerk was nice enough to let us see the actual jeans which will be going for sale this Friday. After looking at both pairs laid out and examining the denim, I was very disappointed. The wash and the denim itself were very sub-par. As many have said before, the Matics take the prize in terms of best cut/wash for this promo but I'm still baffled as to why Heeven was chosen as the men's offering. I'd say if you're a guy, pass on the Heeven's and get some Matics for your gf or resell them.

Anyone know what the Diesel store return policy is? My sis doesn't get off work till 6pm, but i'll be there before noon and might snap up 2 or 3 sizes for her to try on.

Only one pair of men's and one pair of women's will be allowed to be purchased per person. So you are not going to be allowed to buy multiple pairs of the matics or heevens.

this is definitely a pass... except for the girls! MATIC is a great cut
who in the "f" picked HEEVEN, might as well have picked PIKE

^ Not sure how Heeven was ever decided (maybe for more exposure?) and I do agree that the "dirty" ladies (haha) got the better part of the deal, but for $50 and to get my hands on a nice little special edition pair for the experience..eh, why not.
With this Heeven cut for men though being a not so worn style, I call for a "Post your Heeven Dirty 30's" Post for the men to see how it's attempted to be pulled off. Maybe even a combined Matic/Heeven post thread. Who's in?
