Hello to my fellow HFers!

Most of you may know me simply as "virgoddess" but I'd like to formally introduce myself. I'm Minika! Let me just start off by telling you how happy I am to be a part of this site. I don't mean just as the new COH Moderator but as a member as well. I was an avid reader here for a couple months before finally joining in September 2005. Like most of you, I found my way here by searching for sites on the internet that would help me diferentiate between real and fake designer denim. Thanks to HF, I was able to determine that 2 pairs of SFAM jeans I owned at the time were not authentic and since becoming a member, I have managed to stay away from those awful fakes!

Citizens of Humanity has been one of my favorite denim labels since I purchased my first pair a year and a half ago. I've slowly been building my collection and right now, I'm up to 10 items (7 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of skirts and a t-shirt). I love everything in their denim collection, from their clean basics (the Kelly and Ingrid) that will always be a staple in my wardrobe to their newer styles of skirts, crops and other apparel.

What else should you know about me? Well, I'm pretty much your average 27-year old living in the Bay Area. I graduated from college 4 years ago and since then, have just been trying to support myself in this ridiculously expensive area. In my spare time and on the weekends, I like to have fun with friends and family. They are my world and, thankfully, they do NOT tell me to curb my spending habits. My hobbies include shopping (obviously!), hanging out with my bf, hanging out with the girls, dancing, going to the movies (I tend to watch them 2-3 times a month), reading, listening to music, watching tv and going online.

I think that's pretty much me in a nutshell.

I can't guarantee that I'll know the answer to every question but trust me, I will do my best to answer every question.
