these look a little too light to be pacific but too dark to be colorado.
anyone know what wash these are?
and whether these are ingrid or kelly, and if these are an older style, etc

Those are Pacific Kellys IMO (or Ingrid, hard to see from this pic). They just look lighter because they have been worn a lot. If you are looking for a pair you might easliy find them in the mall here or on Ebay. Since we discourage posting "wanted" threads in the brand sections you could just add them to your signature so that other members can see what you are looking for.

They're definitely Pacific wash, as Ruth said. I can't tell if they're Kelly or Ingrid jeans though.

is it true that pacific wash will turn this light after wearing it a lot?
my pacifics are about 3 months old, and they don't look this light

They're an older pair, that's for sure. The newer styles in Pacific washes are much darker.
