You forgot that you also need to do a triple integral to find the volume of the foot, and solve a set of partial differential equations to find how the foot will expand with respect to time to find out the expansion due to heat as the day goes on. After that you need to measure the thickness of his socks and calculate their expansion due to sweat based on their material. When you finally have his foot and an average thickness of his socks before/after expansion, you can solve for the size he needs in the morning, afternoon, and at night.
