I wear a 10 in Gordon Rush and a 10.5 in Moma. Although some say they run a half size large i have not found that to be the case with any of my Moma. I would go with your Gordon Rush size (dress shoe size) or a half size bigger. Although i wear a 10 in all dress shoes, size 10 moma was too small for me.
