You took the words right out of my mouth. I have heard so many insane stories that I cant believe someone who's to serve & protect can be so crooked. I cant say all though, because that wouldn't be fair but Ive heard some terrible things...

With some people/criminals, you can talk until you're blue in the face and the guy will do nothing. You get to a point where force is necessary- Its their job.
